He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Lam and Lottie Lam; his wife Beulah Eppard Lam; his son Timothy Lam (Timmy); and his brother David Lam.
He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Jackson (Wayne); his grandchildren, Audrey, Nicholas and Lindsay; his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Rudolph Eppard, Betty Jean Eppard and Charlie Lynn; and also Mindy Propst. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
