She was predeceased by: her husband Gilbert L. "Skip" Rawlings; and her great grandchild Charles Journigan. She is survived by: her children, Joyce R. Driver (Dave), Sandra R. Journigan (Russell), Michael Glenn Rawlings (Glenda) and David Wayne Rawlings (Christie); and her siblings, Alice "Cookie" Gordon (Pete), Lottie Gordon and William "Bud" Cifers (Madeline). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Owen Funeral Home (303 S Halifax Rd, Jarratt, VA 23867). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Reedy Creek Baptist Church (1919 Reedy Creek Rd, Freeman, VA 23856).
