He was predeceased by : his parents, John Veliky, Jr. and Anna Fetko Veliky; and his brother Daniel J. Veliky. He is survived by : his sisters, Helen Crickenberger of Emporia and Arlene Tiedje of Shelby Township; and his sister-in-law Louise Veliky. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. John The Baptist Lutheran Church, 1351 W. Atlantic St., Emporia, Virginia 23847.
