He is survived by : his sons, Mike Stout (Tiffany) of Lynchburg and Eric McGann (Renee) of Brookneal; his grandchildren, Matthew McGann, Leighland Dixon, Caleb McGann of Evington and Ava James of Lynchburg; and his siblings, Patricia Rice (Billy) of Evington, Connie Scruggs of Evington, Robin Weigand of Evington, Stuart McGann of Climax and Robert McGann of Evington. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
