She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Sexton and Susie Flanagan Sexton; her husband Rudolph Cyrus; her siblings, James Sexton and Jeanette Wooldridge; and her great grandchild Fitzgerald Brandon Cyrus.
She is survived by: her children, Glenn R. Cyrus (Patricia) of Lynchburg and Wendy Cyrus Dunaway (Dennis) of Evington; her grandson Brandon G. Cyrus (Rebecca); and her great grandchild Ainsley Carter Cyrus.
Friends are welcome to pay their respects and sign the register on Thursday, January 20, 2022 from 9 to 6 p.m. and the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m.
Because Mama was a cancer survivor, the family request memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
