It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Kay Snodgrass (Ewing, Virginia), who passed away on June 5, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Bailey and Rowena Bailey. She is survived by : her pet Chico; her children, Tracy Snodgrass Sr. of Ewing, VA and Julia Snodgrass Halcomb of Hazard, KY; her siblings, Gary Bailey of Westfield, IN, Bill Bailey of Rockwood, MI and Vickie Bailey Millikan of Atlanta, IN; and her grandchildren, Tracy Snodgrass Jr. of Richmond, KY, Kayla Snodgrass of Ewing, VA, Ceria Hall of Lenoir City, TN and Brandi Edds of Tazewell, TN.
