He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bryant Otis and Audrey Roberts Otis. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his daughters, Elizabeth McKinley Otis and Allison Otis McCoy (Taylor); his sister Gail Manson (Rick); and his brother-in-law James T. Bingler, Jr. (Mary Russell).
