He was predeceased by: his parents, Savitri Devi and Devan Chand Uppal. He is survived by: his wife Kiran; his son Manu; his daughter-in-law Rachna; and his granddaughters, Arushi and Medha.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM and at 10:00 PM at the National Funeral Home (7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA 22042).
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations in his memory to causes supporting veterans and youth education.
