He is survived by : his parents, Scott MacQuarrie and Kerry MacQuarrie; his grandparents, Andy Douma (Pake Anne), Elizabeth Wiley (Nana), Janet, Howard Martin (Nana) and Doug MacQuarrie (Grampy); his uncle Darcy MacQuarrie; his aunt Masami MacQuarrie; his cousins, Coco, Miyabi and Takumi; and also Rowen Emmett MacQuarrie.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Murphy Funeral Homes (1102 W Broad St, Falls Church, VA 22046).
