Canary Hale Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Canary Hale of Ferrum, Virginia, who passed away on December 8, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Delbert Hale and Beulah Hale; and his brother Sammy Hale. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Hale of Ferrum; his daughters, Jennifer Whitlow (Chris) of Henry, Lorrie Betterton (Jason) of Rocky Mount and Janice Via (Phillip) of Wirtz; his grandchildren, Grant, Evan Whitlow, Lily, Ava Betterton and Jace Via; and his siblings, Jackie Hale, Mittie Hale, Judy Menowsky, Patsy Setliff, Linda Setliff and Kay Pagans.
