She was predeceased by : her husband Herman Kessler; her parents, Buren Pendleton and Dorothy Pendleton of Woolwine; her daughter Joan K. Preston; and her sisters, Carrie Lee P. Young, Violet Lyon and Vivian Carter.
She is survived by : her daughter Karen K.; her son-in-law Robert "Bob" Mills; her sons, Clyde (Kendall Kessler) and Douglas (Dawn Kessler); her son-in-law Frank Preston; her grandchildren, Alan Kessler, Thomas, Gabriel Mills, Ethan Preston, Andrew, Christine, Joshua, Benjamin and Victoria Kessler; and her sisters, Laura Ferguson, Lora Wall and Thelma Young. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
