It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Milcie Hall Reynolds Arnold of Forest, Virginia, who passed away on January 20, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Carroll Edward Arnold; her parents, Charlie McKinley Hall and Bertha Foley Hall; and her siblings, Charlie Junior Hall, Leonard Deuel Hall, Walter Ben Hall, Jean Hall Bell, Macell Hall Martin and Marie Hall Spangler.
She is survived by: her children, Glenn A. "Arnie" Reynolds, Jr. of Lynchburg, Dr. Gary W. Reynolds of Forest, Cindy Reynolds Brown Caldwell (Tony) of Rustburg and C. E. "Rusty" Arnold, Jr. (Patty) of Gloucester; her grandsons, Christopher W. Brown (Victoria) of Forest, Matthew and Dana Arnold of Newport News; her great grandchildren, Geoffrey Hunter Brown and Hayden Elijah Brown of Forest; and her siblings, Minnie Bell of Martinsville, Maxine Wood of Liberty, NC, Louella Willis of Bassett and Otis Hall (Lois) of Oak Level. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be a time from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday, January 22, 2021, for family and friends to pay their respects and sign the register at Tharp Funeral Home in Lynchburg.
