Kerr; and her siblings, Mary-Martha Powell and David J. Powell. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nephews, and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Fredericksburg (10719 Courthouse Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22407). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Old Mill Park (221 Caroline St, Fredericksburg, VA 22401).
