He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Johnson and Rosa Mae Johnson; his grandparents, Rosa and Austin Keys; his sisters, Betty Johnson and Faye Moore; and his nephew Darryl Moore.
He is survived by : his close friend Verna Wills; his wife Yolanda Johnson; his children, Antione Cephas, Leshawn Cephas-Pollard Tiffany (Darrell), Shavonda Turner "Boodie" (Christopher, Sr.) and Yvonne Johnson-Scott; his grandchildren, Ajanae, Daishawn, Ariyonna, Diontre, Ranada, Kaeron, Asia, Jaylen, Thomas, Jarren, Christopher, Jr. and Pae'ton; his great grandchild Leiani; his siblings, Elder Thomas Johnson (Nancy), Bobby Johnson (Delphine), Lucy Mae Coles (Eugene) and Teresa Lewis (Kevin); and his aunts, Viola Johnson and Elizabeth Robinson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
