She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Barber and Carrie Barber; her husband William L. "Billy" Raines; her siblings, Louise, Cleo, Ruth, Judy, Charles, Jr. and Sidney; and her grandson Brandon of Stafford County.

She is survived by : her sons, Dennis (Eileen) and Danny (Rosina). She is also survived by six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
