He was predeceased by: his parents, James Skinner and Maggie Skinner. He is survived by: his children, Robert Skinner (RJ), Ashley, Brian Skinner (Jennifer) and Jamie Pritchett (JW); his grandchildren, Henry Skinner, Jackson, Austin Skinner, Ben and Abby Pritchett; Patricia Miles.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Fredericksburg (10719 Courthouse Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22407).
