She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Charles T., Nola Bennett Kelsey of Cherry Grove, Joseph C. and Helen Marie Greelish Roney of Oneida, NY. She is survived by : her parents, Roger B. Kelsey and Jo Ann Roney Kelsey; her brother Joseph C. Kelsey; and her aunts, Lana Kelsey (Rhonda) of Fredericksburg, VA, Diane Kelsey of Saint Louis, MO, Marie Schmutz (John) of San Antonio, TX and Kathleen Harradine (Robert) of Rochester, NY.
