She is survived by: her children, Dawn E. Whitmore (Brian) of Fredericksburg and Franklin A. Collins, III of Virginia; her siblings, Eva Denise Brown of Jacksonville, FL, Teresa Elliott of Brandy Station, VA, Joseph Alton of Ash, James Alton of Hurlock, MD and Richard Alton of Tucson, Arizona; her grandchildren, Christopher W. Collins, Carlee M. Whitmore and Brandon L. Collins; and her great grandchildren, Dixie Mae Collins and Autumn Nichole Collins.
