She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack Davis and Stanley Sr. (Thelma Kolpack); her children, Marcus Blaine Miller and Laura June Miller; her siblings, Stanley Kolpack Jr., Robert Kolpack Sr., Donald Kolpack, William Staples, Frank Staples, James Johnson, Jeanie King and Diann Critzer; and her grandchildren, Krista and Nick.
She is survived by : her husband James "Stick" Crowell; her children, Marlena Painter (Simon), Tammy Miller (Bubby Fowler), Tim Miller (Dawn) and Michael Crowell (Jennifer Healy); her siblings, Jackie Davis, Deborah Kolpack DeGroat and Ronald Kolpack Sr.; her grandchildren, Randy (Kristin), Derick, Jordan, April, Paul, Amber (Jacob), Samantha and Jimmy; her great grandchildren, Carson, James, Ace, Rylei, Joel, Samuel and Naomi; and her pet Chloe.
