We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2024, at the age of 81, Scarlett Newton Shelton of Fredericksburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Solomon Newton and Laura Newton; her siblings, Barbara Wise (Bernard) and Preston Newton (Ann); her mother-in-law Elizabeth Shelton; and her pets, Brownie, Nissie and Madalyn.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Shelton; her sibling's children, Rodney Newton and Pamela Errigo; her godsons, Jamie, Jeff and John Brooks; and her friend Cynthia Bullock.
