She was predeceased by : her husband Franklin "Buck" O'Brien; her parents, Lillian Stanley and Stuart Breedlove; and her brothers, Baldy Graves, John, Carroll and Donald Stanley.

She is survived by : her children, Buzzy O'Brien (Jennifer), Ellen Harper (Ricky) and Gloria O'Brien (Terry); her grandchildren, Aaron O'Brien, Brandon Harper (Alison), Heather Harper (Scott), Brittany, Travis Writt, Shelby, Carley Davis and Emily Myers; her great grandchildren, Sadie O'Brien, Madison Harper, Savannah Vants, Hunter and McKenna Davis; her siblings, Ernest, Douglas Stanley, Peggy Christian (Earl) and Sharon Meadows; her sisters-in-law, Kathleen Morgan and Diane Stanley; and her close friend Junie Bug Acree.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Fredericksburg Rescue Squad.
