He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell "Bugs" and Barbara Rae Siford Jenkins; and his brother Mike Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann "Marti" Dick Jenkins; his daughters, Heather Clatterbuck of Front Royal and Kimberly Lambert of Front Royal; his stepdaughter Katie Ruckman of Front Royal; his siblings, Barry Jenkins of Winchester and Kathy Rosenberry of Front Royal; and his close friends, Jay Sealock, Dennis Kirby, Jack, Eddy Ralls, Sam and Claudie Reel. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
