She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lola Audrey Sillings Rodgers and Harry Bell Rodgers; her husband Nelson Lee Tinsley; her daughters, Deborah Tinsley Cosby (Richard) of Linden, Virginia and Sharon Harris (John) of Catonsville; her grandchildren, Colin Harris (Kara Harris), Jaime Carino (Miguel Carino), Amanda Cosby (James Biskey) and Olivia Cosby (Dennis Fitzgerald); and her great grandchildren, Diego Carino, Dominic Carino, Davin Carino, Briana Harris and George Nelson Biskey.
