She was predeceased by: her parents, Tyson Fox and Annie Simpkins Fox; her husband Charles R. Seaford Sr.; her brother Larry Fox; and her great grandchild Lydia Tozer.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Hawkins, Janet McRae, Charles R. Seaford Jr. and Lois M. Wargo; her sisters, Sandra Walker, Carol Linton, Gloria Glaze and Judy Gribble; and her close friend Cheryl Crabbe. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers please pay it forward in honor of Bobbie's O.W.L Club, the club she founded in honor of her late husband's passing.
