She was predeceased by: her son William Carol Kendrick. She is survived by: her husband Joey Lee Oliver of Front Royal; her mother Mary Helen Powell; her daughters, Stasia Morefield (Leslie Morefield) of Stephens City and Wendy Stricker (Jim Stricker) of Winchester; and her grandchildren, Kelsey Shanholtz Boothe, Lacey Snapp, McKenna Kendrick, Hannah Huff and Quincy Stricker. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Barbara requested that donations be made to Blue Ridge Hospice.
