He was predeceased by: his parents, Archibald Earley and Vivian Earley; his son Scott; his siblings, Jimmy Earley and Carlista Earley Paine; and his foster son Larry Lauder.
He is survived by: his wife Avis; his children, Charles Jr. (Sue), Julie Curry (James), Randall (Katherine) and Carrie Clegg; and his siblings, Reggie (Maggie) and Judy Tate (Ray). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren.
