It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Lynne Fox Serreno of Front Royal, Virginia, who passed away on December 14, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmar Gibson and Mary Elizabeth Butler Fox; her husband Ricardo David Serreno; and her brother Kenneth Butler Fox. She is survived by: her daughter Julie Lynette Sloat Vaught; her siblings, Delmar "Dee" Fox Jr. of Front Royal, James "Kevin" Fox of Front Royal, Kyle Blakley Fox of Front Royal, Elizabeth Ann Fox of Front Royal and Donna Lee Sargent of Reliance, Virginia; and her grandchildren, Tawny, Natie, Jordan, Tate, Cenay, Malachi, Ciana and Cania. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many "adopted" children.
Masks and social distancing will be required, unless medically exempt, and a live stream will be available for those unable to attend in person.
