He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mildred Frazier Greathouse of Front Royal and Aubrey Wood Frazier; his children, Donald Payton Frazier, Jr. of Woodstock and Annette Frances Frazier Miller of Orkney Springs, Virginia; his grandsons, Jeremy Joseph Miller of Buck Hill and Tyler Scott Funkhauser of Orkney Springs, Virginia; his brother Charles Wood Frazier (Sandra) of Front Royal, Virginia; his sibling's children, Charles Anthony Frazier (Kim) of Front Royal, Lori Frazier Henry Smith of Front Royal and Cheryl Frazier McDonald (James) of Front Royal; his wife Janella Clatterbuck Frazier; his son Jackie Allen Frazier; and his nephew Douglas Wood Frazier.
