He was predeceased by: his parents, Holmes Elliott and Anna Mae Sibert Elliott. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Beahm of Front Royal; his sisters, Barbara Ballentine of Front Royal, Teresa Woodard of Front Royal, Dana Hamilton of Strasburg, Debbie White of Atlantic Beach and Cherie Elliott of Orlando, Florida; his close friend Carol Matthews of Front Royal; and his grandchildren, Linda of Front Royal, Faith of Front Royal and Hunter of Front Royal.
