She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Blesson Talbott and Alma Belle Gooch Talbott; her husband Charles "Jug" Dudley Williams; her siblings, Charles "Charlie" Talbott and Betty Elaine Williams; her sons, Charles Scott Williams and Donald "Donnie" Williams; and her daughters-in-law, Connie Williams and Kelly Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Williams of Front Royal, Steve Williams of White Post, Virginia, Tracey Clegg (Sampson) of Marshall, Lisa Hayes (Mike) of Winchester and Shelly Dietzler (Colin) of Front Royal; her sisters, Eleanor Butler of Texas, Barbara Ramey of Front Royal, Brenda Barton of Front Royal, Mable Dacheux of Virginia Beach and Nancy Deneen of West Virginia; and her sister-in-law Darlene Brown of Front Royal. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren.
