He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry E. Sr. Tice and Ophelia Tice; his siblings, Patricia T. Bower (Ron) of Front Royal, Gary R. Tice (Sue) of Front Royal and David E. Tice (Dorothy) of Front Royal; his stepchildren, Christopher R. Schaefer of Michigan City and Rachel A. Schaefer of St. Cloud; and his siblings' children, Ronald P. Bower, Jr. of Riverview, Robert P. Bower of Front Royal, Laura Tice Fox (Wayne) of Bristow, VA and Jennifer Tice Williams (Brian) of Middletown.
