It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Sue Barbe of Front Royal, Virginia, born in Brunswick, Maryland, who passed away on November 28, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Foster of Virginia and Stanley Tobin; her brothers, Ronnie Lansberry and Donnie Moore; her grandparents, Lula Betty Kidwell and Clarence William Weatherholt; her father-in-law Carl W. Barbe; and her siblings' children, Justin Tobin and Kristina Gorman.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Barbe; her children, Kim Atkins (Paul) and Roy Kidwell (Jessica); her brothers, Larry Moore (Jane), Rickie Moore (Vickie), Mike Tobin (Dana) and Wayne Tobin (Patty); her children, Crystal Vincent, Clark Rasmussen, Danny Jones and Stephanie Foster; her sisters-in-law, Betty Martin and Dianna Wines; her mother-in-law Iona D. Barbe; her grandchildren, Christopher Atkins (Cassie), Ryan Atkins (Gillian Jenkins), Destiny Vincent, Tyler Jacob Bushur (Lexi Williams), Caleigh Jade Kidwell, Nathaniel Kidwell, Tyler Andrew Huffer, Ashely Huffer and Lakyn Rudisill; her great grandchildren, Colton Atkins, Carston Atkins, Chet Atkins, Carilynn Atkins, Adrianna Vincent, Jax Huffer, Ayden Bushur and Iris Huffer; and her brother Robert Grimsley (Marci) of Charleston. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Maddox Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
