He was predeceased by: his parents, James Scott Sr. and Carolyn Butler Bolton; his son James Robert Scott; his grandparents, James, Cora Lee Butler and Mildred Athey; and his nephew Britton Robinson.
He is survived by: his son Joseph Allen Scott; his sisters, Robyn Scott Reynolds and Angela Bolton Salisbury (Craig); the mother of his child Sarah Riley; and his siblings' children, Zackery Salisbury, Seth Salisbury, Jeromie Robinson and Chasity Burner.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family care of Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal.
