With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Perry Welford Rogers of Front Royal, Virginia, born in Alexandria, Virginia, who passed away on June 29, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Rogers and Gertrude Carter Rogers; and his former wife Shirley Elizabeth Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Lois P. Rogers; his children, James, Carlton, Jonathon, Joseph, Benjamin, Samuel Rogers and Deborah Carroll; his brother Charles Rogers; and his grandsons, Donnie Gray, Samuel Rogers, Carlton David Rogers, Joshua Rogers, Caleb Rogers and Austin Rogers. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
