He was predeceased by: his wife Cotella Faye Heflin; his parents, Larkin Heflin and Ruby Heflin; and his sister Juanita Marceron. He is survived by: his daughters, Rosalie Pauley (Ricky) of Front Royal, Kimberly Brookman of Front Royal and Danielle Amos; his grandchildren, Robert, Jennifer, James, Kaitlyn, Heather, Christopher, Savannah, Dakota, William and Lynn; and his great grandchildren, Michael, Nicholas, Matthew, Isabella, Richard, Edward and Knox.
