He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William James and Cheryl Dian Streich Taylor of West Virginia; his wife Tammy Taylor; his children, Samantha Dian Taylor of Front Royal, Angela Appleton of Front Royal and Dustin Betts of Toms Brook; his brother Justin James Taylor of Summit Point; and his grandchildren, Blake Appleton and Kylie Appleton.
