He is survived by: his daughter Angela Spencer; his siblings, William Henry Folks and Leslie Gallop; and his grandchildren, Brittany Ruffner, Aubriella Poletis, Josiah Ruffner and Kaleigh Ruffner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and in-laws.
