He was predeceased by : his parents, Daniel Jackson Clegg and Hope Ridgeway Clegg. He is survived by : his wife Tara Lynn Clegg; his daughters, Jessie, Emma and Caroline Clegg; his grandparents, Danny and Betty Clegg; and his sisters, Summer Wilmer and April Gray. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 27th 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Fellowship Bible Church (3217 Middle Rd, Winchester, VA 22602).
