She was predeceased by: her parents, Col. Joseph Albert Westbrook and Hazel Mason Westbrook; her husband John F. Ewell; her son Douglas W. Ewell; her sister Betty Lou Westbrook Monroe; and her brother-in-law David L. Monroe.
She is survived by: her children, John F. Ewell, Jr. (Sharon) and Ellen Ewell Innes (Jeff); her daughter-in-law Terry Ewell; her grandchildren, Lauren Ewell Nelson (Matt), Thomas Ewell and Ashley Haines (Steve); and her great grandchildren, Ben Nelson, Landon Haines and Dawson Haines. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Warren County, Calvary Episcopal Church, or a charity of your choice.
