Payne; his children, Teresa Maruka, Jolene McKenzie, Jeffrey Payne and Jan Payne; his sister Barbara Kerns; his grandchildren, Samantha Pack, Frederique Payne and Connor McKenzie; and his great grandchildren, Dakota Bryant, Skylar Bryant and Ian Cross. He is also survived by three nephews.
