He is survived by: his parents, Rex Allen Andrews, Sr. (Tootie) of Browntown, VA and Linda Louise Perry Andrews of Front Royal, VA; and his sister Shannon Gatton of Bentonville, VA. He is also survived by furry companion, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
