He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ridley Elkins and Bertha E. Strother Elkins; and his wife Marie Ann Clark Elkins. He is survived by: his children, Bobby Elkins (Sharon) of Winchester, Robin Ann Bailey (Donnie) of Front Royal and Vicky Elkins Wood (Terry) of Stephens City; his sister Louise Elizabeth Mills of Front Royal; his grandchildren, Terry Lee Wood, Jr. of Bunker Hill and Tory Lynn Wood of Cross Junction; and his great grandchild Taytum Wood. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to the family c/o of the grandchildren's college fund.
