He was predeceased by: his parents, Stuart Collins and Alma Short Collins; his children, Jerry Evan Collins and Debbie Gallagher; and his siblings, Oakley, Vernard Collins and Mary Ruth Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Collins; his children, Robert Wayne Collins Jr. (Janet), Sheila Sims (Danny), Brenda Way (Brian), Penny Fitzgerald, Alma May and Tina Carper (John); and his son-in-law Chris Gallagher. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
