He was predeceased by: his mother Anna M. Dofermire Weaver; his grandparents, Carroll and Dovvie Dofermire; his brother Mark Stephen Weaver; and his aunt Rev. Elda "Sissy" Hoover.
He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Weaver (Margie) of Front Royal, James Weaver (Julie) of Indiana, Kirk Weaver (Lisa) of Front Royal, Chris Weaver (Becky) of Woodbridge, Anthony Weaver of Woodbridge, Candace "Candy" Summers of Front Royal and Diana "Cookie" Sibert (Dale) of Front Royal. He is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews; and twenty-three great nieces and nephews.
