It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Bradley Elkins (Front Royal, Virginia), born in Orlean, Virginia, who passed away on October 2, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas William and Jessie Mae Jewell Elkins; and his sister Donna Bailey Elkins. He is survived by: his wife Geneva Elkins; his son William Thomas Elkins (Samantha); his grandchildren, Laura, Sarah, Jon, Anna, Caroline and Rachel; and his siblings, Arthur and Phyllis. He is also survived by five stepchildren, seven step grandchildren and fifteen step great grandchildren, also many nieces and nephews.
