He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Newton and Susan Matilda Costello Beaty; his wife Mary Ruth Redmon Beatty; and his son Alan Beatty. He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Goisse (Chris) of Front Royal, Kathy Carter of Front Royal and Lorrie L. Sealock of Front Royal; his grandchildren, Timmy Carter, Kimberly Proko (Jake), Robert, Jeffrey and Nicholas Sealock; his great grandchildren, Kelsie, Taylor Carter, Ryan, Emma Proko and Alaynna; and his great great grandchild Grayson.
