She is survived by: her parents, Ethan James Hawks and Sara Mae Leath of Galax; her grandparents, Shannon, Phillip Belcher of Meadows, Billy Gene Leath of Stuart, Virginia, Donnie and Janet Hawks of Galax, Virginia; and her great-grandparents, Janet Clark and Kathryn Morton. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
