With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lynwood Don Galyean of Galax, Virginia, who passed away on August 24, 2021 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lynwood Don Galyean to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynwood Galyean and Lessie Lowe Galyean; and his wife Nancy Hash Galyean. He is survived by: his son Terry; his daughter-in-law Dawn Galyean; his daughters, Susie (Charles Ward) and Mindy (Jerry Shumate); his siblings-in-law, Scott, Jama Hash and Alene Hash of Galax, Virginia; and his aunt Opal Lamb of Raleigh. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
