With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dewey Breeding of Gate City, Virginia, born in Cleveland, Virginia, who passed away on January 26, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Breeding and Laura Breeding (Puckett) of Cleveland, VA; and his brother Donal Breeding of Petersburg, VA.. He is survived by: his wife Louise McConnell Breeding; his daughters, Kathryn Breeding Taylor (Dan), Richmond and Connie Breeding Adkins (Steve); his brother Conal Breeding of Roanoke, VA; and his half-siblings, Carol Walters, Brenda Thompson and Roger Breeding. He is also survived by two granddaughters, one grandson, two great-granddaughters; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, a private graveside will be conducted at Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, VA with Rev. Justin Smith officiating.
