With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emogene Wright of Gate City, Virginia, who passed away on February 16, 2021 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Fletcher and Bertha Fletcher; and her sisters, Bernice and Ruby. She is survived by: her significant other William Harve Wright; her grandchildren, Kayla Kilgore Dickenson (Josh) and Kyle Kilgore (Shayla); her siblings, Ted Fletcher (Ilene) and Beulah Fletcher Herron (Joe); her son-in-law Terry Kilgore; her grandson-in-law Josh Dickenson; and her nephews, Scottie Duncan, Ted Fletcher, Scotty Frazier, Allen Benton, Billy Benton, Jimmy Benton, Linville Benton, Ronnie Benton and Mike Wright. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
